Any reference to a paperback edition actually refers to the initially self-published manuscript, before it was published as a hardcover book by HarperCollins with twice as many chapters. The only exception to this are the paperbacks printed to be used in prisons, and those were/are for donation only, not for retail. Beware of any seller claiming they have a paperback edition of Buddhist Boot Camp for sale, and look for the hardcover book, ebook, or audio by HarperCollins.
